This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, or disclose information we receive about you when you register and use the application (the “Service”).
In this Privacy Notice, “vTitan”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to:

Information from your vTitan device and / or accessories (for example, the device serial number, device number, type, model and manufacturer of the mask you use, for example information collected as you navigate the Service.)
Before we collect sensitive personal data, we will inform you and ask your explicit consent. You may withdraw your consent(s) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawing your consent.
We ask that you do not disclose any sensitive personal data (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the App or otherwise to us.
We collect your personal data when you create an account. The personal data we collect to establish your login include your username, phone number, email address, device serial number and your country of residence.
The personal data collected is used to create and manage your account. You can use your account to login to the Service.
The data you enter into the Service includes configuring viewing of the data displayed. You can also decide whether you would like to receive promotional information and communications related to vTitan products and services.
When you interact with the Service, and only with your explicit consent, we may use tools, such as cookies and other technologies to understand how you are using the Service (for example, content, features and links you use over time). We want to make sure we deliver communications tailored to you that will help make the most of your use of the Service. You can revoke your consent to this data collection at any time through your account settings.
We use cookies, tags or similar technologies to maintain the user session and your access to the site. They also allow us to recognize your mobile device and collect your personal data including your unique user Device number, the IP address of your mobile device, the type of mobile internet browser or operating system you use, session and usage data, or service-related performance information, which is information about your use of the Service. The data collected helps us measure the effectiveness of our communications to you.
The Service may request your permission to access your phone or sensors (e.g. camera, Wi-Fi, geo-location, or Bluetooth) or other data (e.g. photos, agenda, or contacts) on your mobile device.

- Assist you in setting up your device and / or its accessories
- Send you communications to coach you through your therapy, to deliver information about the Service and to respond to your inquiries
- Send you newsletters, press releases or content relating to products, programs, services or general information we believe may be of interest to you, unless you choose not to receive these
- Cross-reference information about you with other vTitan consumer-facing services to better tailor our services to you
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal processes
- Prevent, investigate, identify, stop, or take any other action with regard to suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity
- Conduct surveys related to the Service, or other health conditions, with your consent
- Pseudonymize and aggregate it for statistical analysis, market research, to enhance existing or new products and services and to help us better understand the health condition among the population.
- We may use your personal data for other purposes, but only with your prior, explicit consent.
We will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the performance of our obligations, or to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected, or as may be permitted under applicable law.
We may share your personal information:
With our affiliates, subsidiaries and any company owned or controlled by vTitan.
With service providers (IT and cloud providers) assisting us in carrying out the Service (for example, to host the Service and the data collected and to manage emails sent from the Service). These service providers are limited to use the personal information disclosed only for the purpose(s) stated within our contracts.
With healthcare or home medical equipment providers, limited to flagging whether or not machines they monitor are registered with the Service, unless we have your explicit consent to share additional information.
In the event of a business transaction, such as if we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (for example, a merger, reorganization, liquidation, or any other business transaction, including negotiations of such transactions), we reserve the right to disclose any information we obtain through the Service. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and are permitted by and subject to this Privacy Notice.
When required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal processes, or in response to activities that are unlawful or a violation of vTitan’s rules for use of the Service, or to protect and defend our rights or property.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee the complete security of your information collected through the Service.

You may consent or withdraw your consent to our use of your personal information for marketing, at any time, by changing your preferences on the Service, or by following the instructions to unsubscribe included in each marketing-related email sent to you.
You may consent or withdraw from us tracking how you interact with the Service and outreach via email (user-level analytics), at any time, by changing your preferences on the Service.
You can manage the personal information you provide to us in your account settings.
If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may delete your account through your account settings or complete the Service support form to send us an email with your request.
For your convenience, the Service may, from time to time, include links to websites or services that are owned and/or operated by third parties. This Privacy Notice does not apply to those websites or services, which may have their own privacy policies or notices that you should review to understand how they may use or disclose your personal information. vTitan is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any linked websites or services that are operated by third parties.
The Service is not intended for, or targeted to, children under 13. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age through the Service. If we learn that we have received information directly from a child who is under the age of 13, we will delete the information in accordance with applicable law.
This Privacy Notice is subject to change at our discretion. We will indicate changes, including material changes, to the Privacy Notice by updating the “Effective date”. We encourage you to regularly review the latest version of this Privacy Notice. The new Privacy Notice will become effective immediately upon publication. Your use of the Service after any update to this Privacy Notice will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
